Set Up Hours
Wednesday, October 10 Noon-6pm (large exhibits & trailers only)
Thursday, October 11 8am-7pm (limited vehicles permitted in building)
Friday, October 12 8am-10am (no vehicles allowed in building)
booth must be completely set up and manned by 10am on Friday
Show Hours
Friday, October 10 10am-6pm
Saturday, October 11 10am-6pm
Sunday, October 12 10am-5pm
Exhibit must be manned all hours of the event.
Tear Down Hours
Sunday, October 12 5pm-9pm
Monday, October 13 8am-Noon
All exhibits must be removed by Noon. If not removed and thrown away will be removed at the exhibitors expense
Electricity:
500 watts of 110 electricity is included with your exhibit. If you will need more, order form available soon
Water
Water is available to fill fountains, spas or other water features, at a cost. order form available soon

Vendor Parking
Vendor Parking is in the west parking lot, which you access at the Solana Gate. To get to the Solana Gate, go west on Via De La Valle, past the turn for the Fairgrounds entrance, continue about 1/2 a mile and you will see the Solana Gate on your left about halfway up the hill. Parking is free Monday through Thursday, and Friday through Sunday you can purchase a Vendor Parking Pass when you first enter through the Solana Gate for $9 for the whole weekend. Make sure to mention you need a weekend vendor parking pass, otherwise it will be $9 each time you enter.
